Rozafa Mediterranean Bistro
About us
Feel like part of the family when you enter the doors of Rozafa Bistro.
Owner/Chef Marlon Vila bought Alba Deli in 2011 and turned it into the full-scale, sit-down restaurant we know today. Named after the famed Rozafa Castle in Vila's hometown in Albania, Rozafa pulls inspiration from all across the Mediterranean. An old world kitchen infused with a contemporary twist, the menu follows a scratch-cooking method where the food is prepared with fresh ingredients each and every day.
