Discover the flavors of France with our wine “tour de France”. Four courses of pairings, highlighting earthy French Vins and locally-inspired dishes.  Dinner will take place on the patio, weather permitting. Take a look at the menu:

Reception Wine: Brut Cattin Rose

First Course:

Grilled Shrimp Parfait, paired with a Rose d’Madeleine

Second Course:

Sol Meunière with Lemon Butter Sauce and Capers, paired with a Domaine Des Chasseignes Sancerre

Third Course:

Cornish Hen Chasseur, paired with a Poulet Pere & Fils Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Dessert Course:

Mini Crème Brûlée, paired with a Chateau Moya
